We forget to consciously breathe on a daily basis. Yet, it's one of our most value assets, accessible to us the instant we need it. It's time to let go of the core beliefs that support the idea that we must feel pressure, anxiety, worry and stress to experience success. It's what's causing and creating more negativity.

Often times we are too busy, even with the best of intentions, and don't make it a priority to practice conscious breathing on a consistent basis. Calming our minds exercises our decision make muscle and this empowers us to make the best decisions for the future whether they be insignificant choices or life changing decisions.

Lack of conscious breathing impacts our active listening muscle. Developing our actively listening abilities allows us to connect with each other authentically as we are being more present with each other. This allows each person to feeling understood, heard, seen, valued in each interaction with one another. Who knew conscious breathing could create such a positive impact in creating healthy relationships with each other?
In Eastern cultures, great significance is placed on proper breathing techniques, and for good reason. Proper deep breathing:

Bottom line: Healthy breathing is the foundation to balancing, managing and eliminating uneccessary stress, worry, anxiety and fears. This can influence our everyday decision making abilities.
